Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to support learning programs across the organisation. You will coordinate training initiatives, liaise with trainers, and ensure records are maintained and reports produced to demonstrate impact.

The role involves scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and contributing to continuous improvement in learning and development processes within a hybrid work environment in Poland.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and attention to detail skills.
• Good command of English (written, spoken, and comprehension).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and organise training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
• Liaise with internal and external trainers or training providers to coordinate content, logistics, and delivery.
• Maintain and update training records and matrices, ensuring accurate tracking of employee participation and completion.
• Support the evaluation of training programs by collecting feedback and analysing training effectiveness.
• Assist in the development and implementation of learning initiatives that align with organisational goals.
• Ensure all mandatory training is booked and completed before expiry to eliminate operational disruption.
• Prepare reports and insights on training activities, participation, and outcomes for management.
• Provide administrative and operational support for all Training and Development projects, including development programmes, appraisal cycles and learning events, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
