Job summary

Red Global in Warszawa is seeking a proactive Workplace Services Engineer to oversee the enterprise endpoint environment, including Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS, with Microsoft Intune.

You will configure and optimize device profiles, compliance policies, and enrollment workflows with L3 engineers, and plan patch cycles across all managed endpoints while ensuring security compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 2nd-line IT operations, workplace engineering, or modern systems administration role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for device management.
• Strong OS/app patch management, vulnerability remediation, and packaging/deployment skills.
• Excellent communication in English, professional level.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise endpoint environment (Windows, iOS, Android; macOS is a plus) using Microsoft Intune.
• Configure device profiles, compliance policies, and enrollment workflows with L3 engineers.
• Plan and execute regular OS and business app patch cycles across endpoints.
• Monitor vulnerabilities, ensure compliance reporting, coordinate remediation.
