Qualifications

• Basic C# knowledge and ability to read and understand C# code.
• Experience or willingness to provide application support for a proprietary business app.
• Good communication and adequate English to understand problems and follow instructions.
• Nice to have: ability to use/read tools like Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and development of internal applications.
• Retrieving source code and reproducing reported bugs in applications.
• Analyzing issues in C# code and SQL databases.
• Documenting problem resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalating more complex tickets to third-line support.
• Using application documentation describing common issues.
• Applying knowledge of C# and SQL to diagnose and resolve tickets.
