Aptitude Software in Wroclaw is seeking a Technical Consultant to work across Aptitude products and support a diverse range of clients and environments.

You will gain exposure to multiple projects and technologies while collaborating with experienced colleagues across the business and developing your consultancy skills.

Hybrid working is available, with travel in-country and abroad as needed; the role emphasizes continuous personal development and delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven 3yrs of experience on similar position.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1) - technical vocabulary.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and legacy products.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly gains a full understanding of the project stream and timelines.
• Takes responsibility for completing tasks to required quality and seeks guidance when needed.
• Seeks feedback and contributes ideas to the team; expands personal knowledge and skill set.
• Demonstrates broad understanding of ETL, RDBMS concepts and Aptitude Product(s).
• Leads development teams to deliver within quality and time frames; supports testing practices.
