Job summary

Inetum Polska is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join an international team supporting custom business applications used by enterprise clients. This role emphasizes strong SQL skills, basic programming knowledge, and an interest in application support and troubleshooting.

You will provide 2nd line application support, investigate incidents, reproduce bugs, and collaborate with international teams to ensure timely resolutions. Fluent English is required, with Polish and German at B2.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to write and analyze queries.
• Basic knowledge of C# and the ability to read and understand code; experience with other OOP languages like Java is welcome.
• Experience in application support or willingness to develop in this area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• English, Polish and German language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line application support for proprietary business applications.
• Investigate and analyze reported incidents and application issues.
• Reproduce bugs by reviewing source code and database records.
• Troubleshoot issues within C# applications and SQL databases.
• Document findings and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to the 3rd line support team when necessary.
• Work with existing application documentation and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
