Job summary

Reply is seeking a motivated support specialist to join our hybrid team in Poland. You will provide 2nd line support for Automotive & Quality applications in customers' plants, handling workarounds, resolutions, analysis and escalation for complex tickets.

You will also provide 1st line support for advanced logistics processes using JIRA and Team Foundation Server, manage end-to-end client communications, and participate in ongoing training and collaboration within our internal community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field.
• Minimum experience in ticket management.
• PL/SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Good English and Polish language skills.
• Willingness to learn Italian.
• Shift work, on-call, and hybrid/remote with weekly office visit.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for Automotive & Quality apps at customers' plants, incl. workarounds, resolutions, analysis and escalation.
• Provide 1st line support for logistics processes using JIRA and Team Foundation Server.
• Manage end-to-end communication with the client.
