Qualifications

• Good knowledge of C# and SQL Server with solid querying skills.
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex applications.
• Understanding of JavaScript and web tech basics.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience analyzing database-driven business applications.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer-reported issues and respond to support requests.
• Analyze application behavior and explain why the system produced a specific result.
• Determine whether issues are expected behavior or defects.
• Write and execute SQL queries to prepare reports and analyze data.
• Debug and analyze C# code to understand system logic and root causes.
• Reproduce issues in a local development environment.
• Investigate complex calculations (shift, hours, payroll) and missing results.
• Fix defects and perform testing before deployment.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams via email and ticketing systems.
• Maintain understanding of technical implementation and business rules.
