Job summary

Jacobs in Kraków is seeking a Document Control Specialist to strengthen our Global Design Center. You will create and implement document control procedures, manage project set-ups, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

The role requires very good English, a BS degree, and at least two years of progressive experience in a project or technical environment, with strong MS Excel/Word skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Very good English (written and spoken).
• Minimum BS degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience.
• MS Excel and MS Word proficiency.
• Experience in project or technical environment is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for business.
• Attention to detail and organized.
• Strong communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement document control procedures and new project set-up.
• Implement standard document control procedures per enterprise or business group.
• Control of documentation and adherence to document control processes.
• Generate transmittals, cover letters, and issue documents to clients/contractors.
• Maintain registers, record, and distribute incoming documentation.
• Cooperate with Clients'/Contractors' Document Control Team.
• Organize training for project teams; support CDE users.
• Prepare reports and assist with HS&E and quality audits.
• Support project close-out.
