Job summary

Euroclear is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Identity & Access Management Tribe. You will guide Agile squads, coach them to self-organisation, and drive continuous improvement across delivery squads and stakeholders.

You will facilitate ceremonies, promote Agile values, and ensure alignment with the Agile Operating Model while delivering high-value outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery squads.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, principles, and delivery practices.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive positive change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with focus on root causes.

Responsibilities

• Guide squads in adopting and applying Agile values, principles, and practices.
• Coach squads to become self-organised and cross-functional and support their delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives, Release Planning).
• Identify and address risks, dependencies, and impediments to delivery.
• Foster collaboration between delivery squads, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
