Euroclear is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Identity & Access Management Tribe. You will guide Agile squads, coach them to self-organisation, and drive continuous improvement across delivery squads and stakeholders.
You will facilitate ceremonies, promote Agile values, and ensure alignment with the Agile Operating Model while delivering high-value outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Identity & Access Management (IDAM) Tribe. The ideal candidate is a passionate Agile practitioner who enjoys coaching squad s, facilitating collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across delivery squad s and stakeholders.
In this role, you will guide Agile squad s through their day-to-day activities, helping them deliver high-value outcomes while promoting Agile principles and fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
