Job summary

ABB Installation Products Inc. is seeking a Global HR Operations Continuous Improvement Manager in Kraków. The role focuses on leading cross-regional CI initiatives, standardizing processes, and driving operational excellence within HR services.

You will partner with HR Operations leaders worldwide, use data-driven problem solving, and coach teams to build CI capabilities. Hybrid work model with two days in the office is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or GBS/SSC environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Structured, detail-oriented project management with ability to handle multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage global HR Operations continuous improvement initiatives from concept to implementation with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with HR Operations leaders across regions to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Standardize, simplify, automate, and drive operational excellence across HR Operations.
• Use data-driven methods to identify issues, develop solutions and deliver results.
• Support adoption of new tools, technologies, and ways of working to improve efficiency.
• Build continuous improvement capabilities through coaching and knowledge sharing.
