Zusammenfassung

Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Centre is seeking an HR Excellence Generalist to own and support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth service delivery aligned with policies and strategy. You will support Talent, Development and Lifecycle streams, while handling complex employee requests and driving HR projects.

The role requires min 3 years in HR service delivery for D/A/CH, fluency in German and English (C1+), and experience with SAP/Workday/ServiceNow in a hybrid Krakow setting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in HR service delivery for D/A/CH clusters (min 3 years).
• Hands-on with ticketing tools such as SNOW, Workday, and SAP.
• Experience in process ownership and design.
• Knowledge of German HR end-to-end operations and labour law.
• Ability to manage complex employee requests from HR service delivery view.

Aufgaben

• Own and support day-to-day HR operations and service delivery.
• Support Talent, Development and Lifecycle streams.
• Ensure HR processes comply with policies and laws.
• Provide guidance and lead or participate in HR projects.
• Partner with employees and managers to resolve issues and deliver HR services.
• Develop HR policies and programs; train on processes to meet SLAs.
