Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre seeks an HR People Advisor to own day-to-day HR operations, from onboarding to separation, in a hybrid work environment. You will ensure compliant processes, manage HR data, and support service delivery across Poland and D/A/CH regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR service delivery for D/A/CH regions or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
• Experience handling complex employee requests in a service-delivery model.
• Excellent communication in German and English.
• Proficiency with HRIS tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle tasks.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and customer policies.
• Handle employee requests and escalations; analyze HR metrics.
• Lead or participate in HR projects and process improvements.
• Oversee end-to-end HR processes and SLA execution.
• Provide advisory support to employees and management.
