Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Centre is hiring a HR & Payroll Generalist to design and govern HR processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role supports HR projects, transitions and improvements across People Services, ensuring compliance and effective governance.

Ideal candidates have extensive HR operations experience, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on knowledge of HRIS platforms like Workday or SAP, plus English and German language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Process Management, HR Transformation or Project Management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and service delivery models.
• Experience owning processes, governance activities or assigned transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and decision-making skills.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP or equivalent) and case management systems.
• Fluent English and German.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR processes and ensure governance across People Services.
• Drives process optimization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate alignment between operational requirements and transformation goals; influence stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance, audits readiness and documentation accuracy.
