Job summary

EY GDS Poland seeks a Global C&I Strategic Operations Support to drive strategic priorities across the Clients & Industries organization. You will collaborate with domain teams to optimize processes, maintain project plans, and prepare leadership materials while ensuring EY standards and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes agility, cross‑functional coordination, and effective communication with senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment. Hybrid work arrangement in Poland is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting operational process design, improvement, and handoff.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and present to senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute domain initiatives and projects with senior stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation, ensuring accuracy.
• Support preparation of leadership materials and dashboards in EY standards.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve processes and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with C&I domains and CBS functions to deliver project outcomes.
