Job summary

EY GDS Poland seeks a Risk Management PMO & Strategic Coordination Supervising Associate to support coordination, strategy execution, and stakeholder engagement across Europe West Risk Management. The role combines strategy, transformation, and execution with hands-on support to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

You will work across risk sub-functions, manage governance activities, and help harmonise communications and materials for diverse audiences, contributing to a unified Risk

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Understanding of program, project or PMO fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, tracking, and reporting of strategic initiatives and transformation activities across EW Risk Management.
• Maintain overview of initiatives across Risk sub-functions (e.g., FinCrime, Compliance, Data Risk Management, Independence, Security, Digital RM).
• Support governance activities including timelines, milestones, dependencies, RAID items, and follow-ups.
• Monitor deadlines, events, and deliverables for timely execution.
• Organise and run coordination forums, team meetings, and stakeholder sessions.
• Support alignment of approaches, templates, messaging, and materials across Risk sub-functions.
• Advise teams on best practices to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Support harmonised content for different stakeholder audiences.
