EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist in Wroclaw for analytics and KPI tracking across the consulting operations. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and delivering timely insights to leadership.

You will work in a hybrid setup (2 days in office / 3 days remote), supporting budgeting, headcount planning, and process improvements with a client-centric approach and strong analytical focus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Client-centric mindset with Urgency and adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Drive operational excellence by supporting KPIs in delivery, learning and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Analyze budgets, productivity, and utilization; perform ad hoc analyses.
• Assist budgeting by developing the Market Leadership Plan for headcount targets.
• Provide reports, presentations and insights to consulting teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, Finance and other teams to streamline processes.
• Prepare and quality-check reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive process documentation for future reference.
