Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Business Services Support Specialist with German in Katowice. The role offers a hybrid work pattern (2 days in office, 3 days remote) within EY's global delivery network. You will contribute to engagement management and service delivery for clients, requiring German fluency and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities include tracking opportunities, pricing support, billing, CRM maintenance, and knowledge sharing across teams. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (written and spoken).
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficient use of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent communications and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture and maintain opportunities and projects in the dedicated system.
• Support with technical implementation in the respective tools.
• Assist in pricing, budgeting and forecasting.
• Participate in regular analyses with Engagement Teams on services and projects.
• Prepare complex settlements and handle billing activities including invoicing.
• Create interfirm statements and manage related documentation.
• Support system-side initiation of processes (PACE & AML).
• Keep Client Information up to date in CRM; set up Engagement Codes.
• Provide process-related analysis and reporting on ongoing projects.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices; stay connected with experts.
