Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services Poland in Katowice is seeking French-speaking professionals to join our dynamic team. You will perform high-quality analysis in VIM analytics, create and maintain the vendor database, and verify data while supporting processes for our clients.

This role combines office presence with remote work in a hybrid setup: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. A strong command of French (written and spoken) and English (B2+), plus proficiency in MS Office, are essential to

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (written and oral).
• English knowledge at least B2 (written and oral).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service, responsiveness and quality.
• Team player who can organize teamwork.
• Knowledge of SAP environment (ideally).

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality analysis in the area of VIM analytics.
• Create, modify and maintain vendor database.
• Verify data, contact the client and provide support on process steps.
• Participate in client calls providing updates on the process.
• Support best practices by providing proactive assistance to stakeholder needs.
