Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services Poland is seeking French-speaking candidates to support VIM analytics, vendor data management, and process support within a dynamic team in Katowice (2 days in office / 3 days remote).

Qualifications

• Excellent communications and organizational skills (including remote communication).
• Detail oriented and eager to analyse and solve complex process cases.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality.
• Strong, highly-motivated work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge about SAP environment (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality analysis in the area of VIM analytics.
• Create, modify and maintain vendor database.
• Verify data, contact the client and provide support on process steps.
• Participation in calls with the client providing update on the process.
• Support best practice by providing a proactive assistance in stakeholders needs.
