Job summary

PwC Polska’s Finance Managed Services (FMS) in Poland is expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You will support and transform our financial processes for domestic and international clients, collaborating with expert consulting teams across accounting, reporting, tax, and FP&A.

We are seeking professionals with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or related field, 3–4 years’ experience in at least two finance areas, strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics),

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–4 years of hands‑on experience in at least 2 finance processes (AP, AR, or GL) within a corporate or SSC environment.
Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day operational finance process tasks within a dynamic financial project environment.
Process and verify financial transactions in AP/AR/GL as needed by project requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities for assigned scope.
Prepare and review reconciliations of balance sheet and P&L accounts, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Support implementation and stabilization of new processes, tools and systems within project streams.
Maintain and update process documentation, work instructions and controls related to the assigned area.
