Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Workday Financial Consultant to lead Workday implementations and drive client engagements in Poland. You will conduct workshops, gather financial requirements, and propose optimized configurations across R2R, P2P, and O2C areas. The role includes mentoring teammates and supporting sales activities.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in ERP consulting with Workday Finance certifications and strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting.
• Experience in leading Workday implementations or other ERP systems.
• Experience in implementing various Financial, P2P, O2C processes and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday financial deployments in client projects.
• Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Assess client needs and propose process improvements and configurations.
• Configure Workday modules, perform testing, and support data migration.
• Collaborate with integrations team to validate interfaces and data flows.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to sales activities.
