Job summary

PwC Poland is expanding its Finance Managed Services team to deliver accounting, reporting, tax and FP&A services for domestic and international clients. The role focuses on daily finance processing across AP, AR or GL, ensuring timely month‑end closings and high quality deliverables while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in at least two finance processes, strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics), and professional English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years hands-on experience in at least 2 finance processes (AP, AR, or GL) within a corporate or SSC environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics.
• ACCA or other finance qualification in progress (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational finance process tasks within a dynamic project environment (AP, AR, or GL).
• Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings for assigned scope.
• Prepare and review reconciliations of balance sheet and P&L accounts; investigate discrepancies.
• Support implementation, stabilization of new processes and systems; participate in transitions/migrations.
