Zusammenfassung

PwC Polska is seeking a Consultant for Enterprise Managed Services to enhance finance processes and operating models for domestic and international clients. You will gather requirements, map processes, and support R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A improvements, joining multidisciplinary teams in PwC projects.

You will document findings, prepare roadmaps, and contribute to business development while mentoring junior colleagues in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment at PwC Polska.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, shared services, business consulting, project delivery or related field.
• Knowledge of at least one finance process area (R2R, Consolidation or FP&A).
• Experience with finance transformation, process improvement, system implementation, transition, SSC/GBS development or operational change.
• Ability to analyze processes and data and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Experience preparing process documentation, business requirements, presentations, reports or status materials.
• Strong project coordination and ability to manage tasks, priorities, deadlines and dependencies.
• Comfort working with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary/international teams.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail capabilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Excel and PowerPoint familiarity; process-mapping/data-visualisation tools are an advantage.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Commercial awareness and interest in client development and sales.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor juniors.
• Interest in AI-based tools to support analysis and automate tasks.

Aufgaben

• Work as part of project teams reviewing and improving finance processes, operating models and organisational effectiveness.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, process information and operational data through interviews, workshops and document reviews.
• Prepare process maps, gap analyses, business requirements, project plans, status reports and client deliverables.
• Support design and implementation across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A and broader finance operations.
• Participate in assessments, workshops, testing, transition, implementation and post-implementation activities.
• Coordinate project activities, track actions, risks, issues, dependencies and milestones.
• Collaborate with client teams, SMEs, technology specialists and PwC teams to deliver outcomes.
• Support data analysis, benchmarking and opportunities for standardisation/automation/controls.
• Contribute to recommendations and implementation roadmaps based on findings.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation and timely deliverables.
• Support business development with client materials and research for proposals.
