Qualifications

Proficiency with emerging technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work
Experience automating tasks and improving processes (Excel formulas, macros, Power Automate)
Experience in a finance-related role
Excellent command of English (C1) and Polish (B2)
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Ensuring the accuracy of project accounting and automating financial processes
Analyzing and registering project contracts, focusing on standardization and automation
Issuing client invoices and credit notes and optimizing billing processes
Supporting collections through report automation and data analysis
Handling project/client documentation and streamlining circulation with modern tools
Leveraging AI-powered solutions and financial systems in daily activities
Collaborating with other departments to drive process improvements
