Job summary

Aon is seeking an Early Careers Coordinator to deliver engaging internship programs and support interns through their journey. You will partner with program leaders, managers, ambassadors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities include planning, communications, data management, and coordinating orientations and events, with a focus on timely support and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and administration of programs and initiatives for emerging professionals and internships.
• Create and manage program communications, newsletters, resources, and participant updates.
• Maintain program data, reports, dashboards, and survey results with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate orientations, learning sessions, networking events, and other virtual or in-person activities.
• Provide timely support to interns, managers, ambassadors, and stakeholders.
• Track key achievements, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure successful program execution.
