Job summary

Aon in Kraków is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to support clients through the RMCD data lifecycle, from collection to benchmarking. You will help transform compensation data into insights used for workforce decisions, while ensuring data quality and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, guiding data requirements, timelines and survey participation. This role emphasizes data accuracy and proactive problem solving in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with data in Excel and other business tools.
• Ability to collect, validate, reconcile and interpret data while maintaining accuracy.
• Experience in compensation, HR data, or survey operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through compensation data collection, submission, mapping and integration.
• Validate and analyze compensation and survey data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with RMCD methodology.
• Provide guidance on data requirements, timelines, reporting and survey participation processes.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve data, reporting and implementation questions.
• Build strong client relationships while supporting project delivery and a positive experience.
• Contribute to reporting, benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives across Data Solutions operations.
