Aon Corporation in Krakow is seeking a Client Success Manager to partner with a portfolio of clients, building relationships and providing data insights to shape compensation strategies.

You will manage your own client portfolio, lead a team of Client Success Coordinators, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and effective use of the Radford McLagan Compensation Database.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year experience leading teams in service delivery.
• Proficient in Excel formulas and data analysis to present insights clearly.
• Experience in consulting or business services is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Accountable for overall team quality control, management of risks and issues, audit and governance.
• Ensures accurate processes and procedures are followed by colleagues.
• Engage the team in identifying processes, tools and documentation that can be improved, and encourage team members to suggest and implement ways to enhance service delivery.
• Owns and drives performance management activities in the team by setting goals and delegating work to colleagues: holding them accountable for the delivery to agreed deadlines.
• Leads the team by providing direction and linking colleague goals and expectations to those of the company, represents the company by helping colleagues understand their impact.
• Hold monthly 121s with your colleagues to review performance, discuss issues, share feedback, discuss progress towards goals, plan upcoming actions and appreciate colleague’s efforts.
• You will work to drive client retention by providing your portfolio with daily support around job architecture, survey publications, data lifecycle and platform experience.
• You will be expected to understand and analyse Compensation data using Excel and internal software.
• This role is uniquely placed to give you exposure to other internal teams and colleagues of all seniorities, and you will be encouraged to promote product and service awareness to your clients.
• As a Team Leader, you are expected to ensure participation and retention of your team portfolio.
