• Experience with compensation data, HR data or survey operations.
• Ability to collect, validate, reconcile and interpret data with high accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, validation and integration for compensation data.
• Provide guidance on data requirements, timelines, reporting and survey participation processes.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to resolve data, reporting and implementation questions.
• Build strong client relationships and support successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to reporting, benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives.
