Job summary

Marsh in Warsaw is seeking an Account Coordinator to join the North America Career Products Account Management team. The role is hybrid with at least three days in the office.

You will manage a large portfolio of multinational clients, provide client servicing support, assist with sales and invoicing processes, and ensure data accuracy in MPower CRM while supporting renewal activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in account management or client servicing.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organization.
• Strong English proficiency for North America client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and oversee account servicing for a multinational portfolio.
• Support sales activities including quote generation and contract preparation.
• Maintain data integrity in MPower CRM and audit client records.
• Lead invoicing support, document review, and billing coordination.
• Facilitate survey participation and client trainings, manage schedules and reminders.
• Communicate with clients primarily via email; occasional phone contacts; support renewals.
