Marsh in Warsaw is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead a portfolio of employee engagement projects in a data-focused environment. You will work hybrid, with at least three days in the office and regular collaboration with global teams.

You will coordinate across operations, consultants and clients, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations while upholding quality and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (at least 1-2 years) in project management or coordination.
• Experience in working with and interpreting people-related data.
• Educational background preferably in human sciences with a strong data focus and technical literacy.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environment/processes and manage a variety of dynamic tasks effectively.
• Experience in multinational and multicultural environments.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Responsabilités

• Serve as a liaison between the Operations team, consultants and clients, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients and serve as the point of contact for managing and coordinating all aspects of multiple employee engagement projects simultaneously.
• Oversee end-to-end project management independently by defining scope, leading client calls, creating and updating project plans, negotiating timelines, handling change requests, keeping documentation up-to-date, assigning tasks, monitoring schedules and budgets, identifying dependencies and critical paths, preparing status reports, and proactively supporting clients on daily basis and advising them on optimal methodological, technical, and operational solutions.
• Provide recommendations on timeframes and administrative procedures for project completion.
• Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, confidentiality, and service.
