Marsh McLennan in Warsaw is seeking an Accounting and Reporting Supervisor to manage accounting, regulatory compliance and administrative functions for a portfolio of captive insurance companies and other clients. The role requires at least 3 years in finance or accounting, strong Excel and English/Polish communication, and the ability to work across teams in a hybrid setting.
You will prepare IFRS and local GAAP statements, assist audits, and support regulatory filings including Solvency II.
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Captive Operations Group team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
