Job summary

Marsh in Warsaw seeks a project manager to lead a portfolio of employee engagement projects in a data-focused environment. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and collaboration with Operations, consultants and clients.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and change requests; build stakeholder relationships; advise on best practices, and ensure high standards of quality and confidentiality across multinational teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of project management or coordination experience.
• Experience interpreting people-related data.
• Educational background in human sciences with a strong data focus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Adaptable to changing environments and multiple tasks.
• Experience in multinational environments.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the Operations team, consultants and clients, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients and coordinate all aspects of multiple employee engagement projects.
• Oversee end-to-end project management: define scope, lead client calls, create/update project plans, negotiate timelines, handle change requests, keep documentation, assign tasks, monitor schedules and budgets, identify dependencies and critical paths, prepare status reports, and advise clients on solutions.
• Provide recommendations on timeframes and administrative procedures for project completion.
• Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, confidentiality, and service.
