Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków is seeking a Change Manager to lead country transition activities within the Programme Delivery & PMO. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Cracow, Poland, with occasional international travel for programme support.

You will deliver change plans, stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments and adoption support, partnering with PMs, HR, and GCC teams to ensure smooth transitions and measurable impact across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change activity in complex transition or business change environments.
• Hands-on delivery of stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training and adoption activity.
• Strong written communication and materials creation with clear audience focus.
• Practical project delivery mindset with plans, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Proactive, value-add style with self-driven action and ownership.
• Credibility working with PMs, HR/People teams and impacted user groups.
• Passion for making change land with active readiness and adoption focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change plans, stakeholder mapping, engagement activity and readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and senior leaders to embed transitions.
• Create high-quality change materials: messages, FAQs, packs and adoption content.
• Identify concerns, gaps, risks and drive practical follow-up actions.
• Support leaders and teams with engagement, communications and readiness planning.
• Track actions, risks and adoption indicators; keep progress visible.
• Apply standard change templates while adapting to local realities.
