Fluency in German and English, plus proven B2B tech sales experience, are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card.
• Experience in B2B tech sales.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, proactive and growth-minded.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business customers for long-term satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Present technology products and digital solutions that match client needs and objectives.
• Analyse customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations to improve productivity and performance.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and ongoing account development.
• Respond to questions and challenges while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain a well-organised sales pipeline with forecasting, reporting and follow-up.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success.
• Keep informed about market developments and emerging technologies.
