Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Business Development Representative in Krakow. This hybrid role leverages your German and English language skills to drive business growth and foster new client relationships.

You should have at least 1 year of B2B sales experience in SaaS/IT/Ad/Cloud sectors, with a proven track record of closing deals and working toward monthly or quarterly KPIs. Relocation to Krakow is required with a one-time 2600 PLN gross relocation grant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS sales, IT sales, Ad sales, Google Ads/Meta Ads sales, or Cloud/tech sales.
• Demonstrated experience with monthly/quarterly KPI targets.
• Proven closing experience.
• Experience with outbound sales activities.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Ability to relocate to Krakow, Poland.
