Job summary

Atos is looking for a skilled 2nd Line Application Engineer in Wrocław to ensure the stability and performance of critical applications. Applicants should have solid expertise with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and the ability to deliver technical support effectively.

This role also involves collaborating with multiple teams and providing 24/7 on-call support. Your contributions will help maintain high service continuity with a focus on incident management and solutions.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with the Linux CLI.
• Willingness to obtain ABW security clearance (Level 2).
• Willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system 8:00–16:00 and 12:00–21:00.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd line support for business-critical applications on Red Hat Linux environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents to minimize downtime.
• Support application deployments, configurations, and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure a stable and secure environment.
• Identify root causes of issues and propose long-term solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation of incidents and procedures.
