Job summary

OPmobility SE is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Kraków to partner with leaders, provide expert HR guidance, and help build a high-performance, people-focused organization. The role focuses on employee relations, talent development, and implementing HR programs across local and regional teams.

You will advise managers, support organizational changes, and ensure compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive, proactive HR culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR practices.
• Experience advising managers and supporting employee relations matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, ensuring effective communication and support across all HR topics.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations, talent management, organizational changes, and people processes.
• Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives in collaboration with local and regional HR teams.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional HR projects that contribute to business growth and employee engagement.
• Identify development needs and drive learning, training, and talent development activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with the global HR community to ensure alignment, consistency, and best practice sharing across the organization.
• Support HR administration and ensure compliance with labor law and internal procedures.
