Job summary

OPmobility SE in Kraków is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, shaping people strategies in a global group. You will guide employee relations, performance, and talent development, support HR programs, and partner with local and international teams in a hybrid environment.

The role requires 3+ years in HR, knowledge of Polish labour law, excellent communication, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Law, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years HR experience in an HRBP, Generalist, or Specialist role.
• Good knowledge of Polish labour law and HR practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English communication (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, providing daily support and guidance on HR matters.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR policies.
• Support the implementation of HR programs, processes, and organizational initiatives.
• Drive training and development activities, identifying capability gaps and recommending learning solutions.
• Partner with managers to support employee engagement, retention, and career development.
• Collaborate with local and international HR teams to ensure alignment and best practice sharing.
• Participate in HR projects related to organizational development, culture, talent, and employee experience.
• Support workforce planning, onboarding, and other key people processes.
