• Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and HR practices.

• Able to work independently while collaborating in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers, providing daily support and guidance on HR matters.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR policies.
• Support the implementation of HR programs, processes, and organizational initiatives.
• Drive training and development activities, identifying capability gaps and recommending learning solutions.
• Partner with managers to support employee engagement, retention, and career development.
• Collaborate with local and international HR teams to share best practices.
