Job summary

OPmobility SE is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support teams and leaders, provide expert HR guidance, and contribute to building a high-performance, people-focused organization.

You will partner with managers across regions, shape HR programs, and drive talent development while ensuring compliance with Polish labor law. This role offers an opportunity to influence people strategy in a dynamic, international automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Law, Economics, business admin, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in generalist HR, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR practices.
• Experience advising managers and supporting employee relations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers across HR topics.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations, talent management, and changes.
• Support implementation of HR programs and policies with local/regional teams.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional HR projects for growth and engagement.
• Identify development needs and drive learning and talent development.
• Partner with global HR to align practices and share best practices.
• Support HR administration and ensure labor law compliance.
