Qualifications

• General understanding of HSE principles
• Familiarity with training management concepts
• Basic knowledge of occupational health surveillance concepts
• Experience (even limited) in handling HSE documentation and records
• Good organizational and data management skills
• Excellent capability to use software, particularly MS Office 365
• Ability to navigate and operate the HSE management software platform, including Zucchetti where applicable

Responsibilities

• Support training needs management, deadlines, and expiry projections
• Upload training certificates after course completion
• Identify staff requiring training based on upcoming expiries
• Assist onboarding of new employees with focus on training needs and system setup
• Coordinate with IT to ensure correct system setup (line manager and org references)
• Track medical fitness validity and upcoming expiries
• Escalate unclear cases to the Italian HSE team for final assessment
• Verify HSE documentation of suppliers
• Ensure documents are complete and traceable; escalate gaps to the Italian HSE team
