Job summary

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction Kraków site seeks a Site HSES Specialist to implement safety requirements across construction, erection, commissioning, and maintenance activities. The role requires frequent worldwide travel and short-term assignments.

You will develop and deploy HSES programs and support the project team in risk mitigation. Fluent Polish and English are required, with a strong background in HSE, civil/chemical engineering, and regulatory training.

Qualifications

• Higher education in health and safety or postgraduate studies.
• Experience in HSE within construction and civil/chemical engineering.
• Proven ability to train and lead safety programs on site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve project safety requirements across site activities.
• Perform safety trainings for E&C personnel and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify HSES hazards and prepare safety documentation for new projects.
• Lead site HSES audits/inspections and support incident investigations.
• Capitalize on audits to update E&C standards and HSES management systems.
