Job summary

ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to lead regional EHS programs in Krakow, Poland. The role involves coordinating a team of EHS professionals, guiding audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance for multinational clients.

Strong communication with clients and internal teams is essential for success. The position requires 6+ years of relevant experience, a safety/engineering degree, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Safety, Occupational Health, Chemistry, Engineering, or related science degree.
• 6+ years relevant experience in technology, pharmaceutical/biotech, manufacturing, power, chemical, or oil and gas sectors.
• Experience managing direct reports and/or project staff; managing budgets and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Take the CLIENT EHS Regional role (“Theater Lead”) for EHS, coordinating the ERM secondees and reporting to the CLIENT EMEA EHS Manager.
• Manage various EHS programs and strategies for the EMEA region with cross-country teams.
• Identify and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulations.
