Job summary

Eligo Recruitment is helping an international consultancy recruit an HR Transition Manager for Poland. The role focuses on moving HR services into an internal Global Business Services/Shared Services Centre, spanning the transition lifecycle from assessment through to stabilisation and BAU handover.

The successful candidate will drive multi-country HR transformations, map processes, design future-state operating models and manage cutover, go-live and HNT.

Qualifications

• Experience driving HR services into an internal GBS or Shared Services environment.
• Consultancy or client-facing transformation experience.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transitions from assessment to BAU handover.
• Map existing HR processes and service delivery.
• Support Target Operating Model and future-state design.
• Develop transition plans and migration approaches.
• Coordinate cutover, go-live and hypercare.
