Job summary

ING Hubs Poland in Katowice is seeking an HR Administrator on a fixed-term contract to handle employee lifecycle data management and HR administration across a multinational team. You will maintain data accuracy, prepare employment contracts, respond to employee inquiries, and keep knowledge base content up to date.

You'll also support onboarding, assist in policy implementation, and help optimise processes using Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office in a fast-paced, collaborative

Qualifications

The expected salary for this position: 7 100 - 9 500 zł gross

We are looking for you, if you:

• Are open to working under a fixed-term contract,
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Shared Services environment, preferably within HR data management processes (employee lifecycle administration),
• Have solid experience with HR systems and processes, with a strong focus on data management,
• Have proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
• Have experience in planning and coordinating team activities based on workload and priorities,
• Have exposure to transition activities, including documentation preparation/review and process & tools setup,
• Have ability to structure processes and drive execution effectively,
• Have strong communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset,
• Have high level of accuracy, structured way of working and attention to detail,
• Are able to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

You’ll get extra points for:

• Very good written and spoken German (B2+/C1),

The People Services Team provides first- and second-line support for ING employees in Germany, covering areas such as hiring, separations, job changes, payroll, absences, and employee data management.
