Capgemini is hiring an Analyst Local HR Services (German) to lead HR operations delivery across multiple processes in Poland with a focus on quality and compliance. You will coach a team of HR professionals and coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to improve performance.

You will work with HR systems like Workday, Oracle HCM, and SAP HR, using advanced Excel and reporting tools. Fluency in English and German is required, with a hybrid office/work-from-home setup after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or Workforce Administration.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, SAP HR or ServiceNow.
• Fluent English (B2) and German (C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day HR Operations across processes.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of HR professionals.
• Ensure service delivery in line with SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Act as escalation point for complex employee lifecycle cases.
• Monitor workload and drive operational effectiveness across the team.
• Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, changes, absence management, compensation and benefits administration.
• Conduct quality reviews, audits and root cause analyses to identify issues.
• Maintain process documentation and knowledge materials.
• Deliver knowledge-sharing sessions and onboard new team members.
• Drive process improvements and implement new ways of working.
• Participate in recruitment and workforce planning.
