Capgemini is recruiting an HR Process Specialist fluent in English and German in Poland. You will process payroll and HR data accurately, respond to client queries, and administer HR processes across the employee lifecycle while ensuring documentation stays up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM or SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll and HR data accurately and on time.
• Handle client queries via phone, chat and email.
• Administer HR processes (workforce admin, C&B, documentation, lifecycle changes).
• Provide guidance on HR policies and keep process documentation up to date.
• Resolve errors and escalations promptly and cooperate with stakeholders.
