Job summary

Capgemini Poland is seeking an Analyst Local HR Services to lead day-to-day HR service delivery, manage a team of HR professionals, and ensure excellence in HR operations across multiple processes. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and compliance with SLAs while supporting onboarding, lifecycle changes, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across multiple processes.

• Maintain process documentation and knowledge management materials.
• Deliver knowledge-sharing sessions and onboarding for new team members.
• Drive process improvements and new ways of working.
• Participate in recruitment and workforce planning.
• Prepare operational reports and update on team performance.

Your role

As an Analyst Local HR Services, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day HR service delivery across multiple HR administration processes while managing a team of HR professionals. You will ensure operational excellence, high-quality service delivery, and compliance with agreed service levels. Acting as a key point of contact for operational matters, you will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Your tasks

• Lead and coordinate daily HR Operations activities across assigned process areas.
• Manage, coach and develop a team of HR professionals, supporting their performance and professional growth.
• Ensure service delivery in line with SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Act as an escalation point for complex employee lifecycle and HR administration cases.
• Monitor workload distribution and drive operational effectiveness across the team.
• Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, absence management, compensation and benefits administration.
• Conduct quality reviews, audits and root cause analyses to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Maintain process documentation, work instructions and knowledge management materials.
• Deliver knowledge-sharing sessions and support onboarding activities for new team members.
• Drive process improvements and support implementation of new ways of working.
• Participate in recruitment activities and workforce planning initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates on team performance.

Your profile

• Proven experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or Workforce Administration.
• Previous experience in team leadership, people management or operational supervision.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, SAP HR or ServiceNow.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English (B2) and German (C1)
