QVC Group, Inc. is seeking an HR Services Administrator with German to join our global team in Kraków on a hybrid basis. This role processes sensitive People data, supports organizational changes, and helps optimize manual tasks through technology.

You’ll handle HR system transactions, act as the German employee lifecycle contact, maintain policies, and collaborate across teams to meet SLAs. Proficiency in English and German (C1) and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this

This includes entering, maintaining, processing , auditing, and reporting sensitive People and organizational data, as well as supporting tasks associated with large organizational changes. In addition, this role is responsible for maximizing the use of technology capabilities to reduce manual processes and serving as a resource for process-improvement tasks and special projects.

Where You’ll Work

This is a hybrid role and requires you to be on-site at our office at Wielicka 30, Kraków, on average 3-5 times per month. On-site days are typically predetermined and driven by business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for analyzing and processing transactions in HR System. Serves as the primary recipient of organization-wide workforce admin processes
• Acts as a point of contact for German employee lifecycle processes
• Creates documentation to capture acquired knowledge in the form of policies and maintains them
• Provide quality support with customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Coordinate cases with other team members to ensure requests are completed within the required service level agreement
• Track cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using the case management system
• Conduct audits of HR system data and analyze audit data to identify issues

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to speak fluent English and German (at least C1)
• Experience in tracking cases for documentation and work allocation purposes
• Being advocate for the change and promote continuous improvement ideas within the team
• Analytical capability to identify issues, interpret data and provide insight
• Excellent communication skills, ability to operate in an international, matrix organization and a consumer-oriented attitude
